The systems
You're busy every day and can't point to what moved. Things are scattered across apps and notes and half-finished lists, so the day starts with figuring out where to even look. The fix is structure that decides for you, so you sit down already knowing what matters.
The self
You know exactly what to do and you don't do it. You've built systems before, and something in you stopped using them. That resistance has a cause, usually fear or perfectionism sitting underneath, and it's what this half works on.
The sync
Structure with nothing holding it up gets abandoned. Motivation with nowhere to land goes nowhere. Together they hold each other, and following the plan stops depending on how you feel.
