Multicultural Foundations
Growing up with a multicultural heritage - born in the United States to a Colombian mother and Dominican-Spanish father - I’ve been fortunate to experience life through various cultural lenses. My journey has taken me across continents, living in the United States, Mexico, France, and now Spain, making me fluent in English, Spanish, and French. This diverse background has shaped my worldview and approach to understanding others.
My family environment fostered deep introspection and meaningful conversations, teaching me to look beyond surface-level interactions and understand the complexities of human nature. This foundation helped me develop a natural ability to read between the lines and recognize the deeper meanings in conversations, a skill that would later prove invaluable in my professional life.

Embracing Change
At 21, I moved to Spain from France with no clear plan. I had a design and literature degree and 6 months to become financially independent (my mother’s terms).
I taught myself web development from scratch, landed 2 internships that both turned into job offers, then kept going: UI/UX, graphic design, whatever the work needed.
What that period built into me was a system for learning anything fast. Figure out the structure before you get lost in the content, build in accountability at every stage. That’s still how I think, and it’s the backbone of how I work with clients today.

Systems Thinking
Working with startups taught me something specific: most execution problems are systems problems. People know what they want to do. They just don’t have the structure to hold it together.
So I got obsessed with project management, not the corporate kind, but the kind where you design your own workflows, build your own tools, and figure out how to move without a team to catch you.
I also had a knack for asking specific questions. The kind that make people stop rather than reach for the prepared answer. Clients started telling me my questions helped them see their own situations differently, and that’s when I realized coaching was something I could build on.

Oscar
I came into contact with Chiara about a year ago when I was having a lost period in my life, I had a lot of confused thoughts bouncing around in my head and couldn't get myself out of this. We started by having 2 conversations every week where slowly but surely we moved forward and gradually I saw a light in all the darkness and started to feel better. Chiara is an exceptionally good listener who truly understands human psychology on a deeper level. She doesn't judge anyone for anything and when she talks it's like an angel sent from heaven with a message. I recommend anyone who is stuck in life in different ways to try a few conversations with Chiara to see if she can open up new thought patterns and come up with messages that help. For me, she will always have a special place in my heart.

Chiara is kind and understanding, and very good at listening, yet at the same time has great opinions that she knows how to express and are very insightful. She understands that problems can be complex and not black or white, and helps you navigate difficult situations and find solutions to problems. She has helped me recognise important truths that I wasn’t aware of, and I am so greatful for that! Whatever your problems are, or goals that you want to achieve, Chiara is a great partner by your side!
Gemma
Paloma has helped me in different moments and aspects of my life. I feel that with her, I can talk about anything without feeling judged, and she helps me delve deeper and understand many of the concerns I have. She helps me move from a cloud of thoughts to something more concrete, so I can truly find possible solutions and take actions to improve my life. Regarding my relationship, she also helped me identify the origin of many fears, needs, disagreements... to reflect on them from self-awareness, empathy, but also by setting boundaries and affirming my self-worth as a person. I wholeheartedly recommend her services because you will truly see results.
