Multicultural Foundations
Growing up with a multicultural heritage - born in the United States to a Colombian mother and Dominican-Spanish father - I’ve been fortunate to experience life through various cultural lenses. My journey has taken me across continents, living in the United States, Mexico, France, and now Spain, making me fluent in English, Spanish, and French. This diverse background has shaped my worldview and approach to understanding others.
My family environment fostered deep introspection and meaningful conversations, teaching me to look beyond surface-level interactions and understand the complexities of human nature. This foundation helped me develop a natural ability to read between the lines and recognize the deeper meanings in conversations, a skill that would later prove invaluable in my professional life.

Embracing Change
At 21, I faced a pivotal moment when I moved to Spain from France. Despite having studied design and literature in university, I found myself at a crossroads, searching for a clear direction. With a six-month deadline from my mother to become financially independent, I embraced the challenge head-on. This period of uncertainty led me to discover web development, attracted by its broad applications and the freedom it offered to work from anywhere in the world.
True to my autodidactic nature, I immersed myself in coding, taking online courses and building websites from scratch. Through determination and networking, I secured two internships, both of which led to job offers. While working primarily as a web developer, I continued expanding my skill set, teaching myself UI/UX and graphic design. Through this experience, I learned to embrace continuous learning and found ways to adapt to new situations.

Creative Integration
One aspect of my approach that I’ve come to appreciate is the interplay between creativity and structured thinking. This combination helps me approach complex problems from different angles. Having worked with startups, I’ve gained valuable insights into navigating challenges, both personal and professional. Drawing from my technical background, I’ve learned to be resourceful in finding practical solutions, often discovering unique ways to use tools, apps, and AI to address specific situations. This hands-on experience with problem-solving has taught me that sometimes the most effective solutions come from unexpected places.
This foundation in both creative and analytical thinking shapes how I approach coaching conversations. I can draw from a diverse toolkit of resources and methods, adapting my approach to what works best for each individual. While some clients benefit from structured frameworks and practical tools, others might need space for creative exploration and emotional discovery. Having navigated my own path through different careers and cultures, I understand the importance of finding solutions that authentically align with each person’s unique journey.

Connection and Growth
Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered that my ability to listen deeply and ask thought-provoking questions has consistently helped others gain new insights about themselves. I’ve developed a reputation for asking specific, targeted questions that encourage introspection, leading many to share that my questions helped them see situations from new angles. Rather than imposing my own perspectives, I focus on helping people uncover their own answers - a approach that respects individual experiences while providing meaningful guidance.
Today, I continue to pursue my passions through various projects, including developing my own app and maintaining an AI blog. My journey from uncertain beginnings to finding my path has equipped me with the tools and insights to help others navigate their own challenges while staying true to their authentic selves.
