Intro
Two Skill Sets, One Solution
Most coaches give you clarity and motivation. Most project managers give you systems and tools. I do both, because you need both.
- I don't just tell you to set limits. I help you reframe the guilt, write the email scripts, and role-play the conversation.
- I don't just tell you to delegate more. I help you release perfectionism, build the SOPs, and keep you accountable.

Oscar
I came into contact with Chiara about a year ago when I was having a lost period in my life, I had a lot of confused thoughts bouncing around in my head and couldn't get myself out of this. We started by having 2 conversations every week where slowly but surely we moved forward and gradually I saw a light in all the darkness and started to feel better. Chiara is an exceptionally good listener who truly understands human psychology on a deeper level. She doesn't judge anyone for anything and when she talks it's like an angel sent from heaven with a message. I recommend anyone who is stuck in life in different ways to try a few conversations with Chiara to see if she can open up new thought patterns and come up with messages that help. For me, she will always have a special place in my heart.

Chiara is kind and understanding, and very good at listening, yet at the same time has great opinions that she knows how to express and are very insightful. She understands that problems can be complex and not black or white, and helps you navigate difficult situations and find solutions to problems. She has helped me recognise important truths that I wasn’t aware of, and I am so greatful for that! Whatever your problems are, or goals that you want to achieve, Chiara is a great partner by your side!

Paloma has helped me in different moments and aspects of my life. I feel that with her, I can talk about anything without feeling judged, and she helps me delve deeper and understand many of the concerns I have. She helps me move from a cloud of thoughts to something more concrete, so I can truly find possible solutions and take actions to improve my life. Regarding my relationship, she also helped me identify the origin of many fears, needs, disagreements... to reflect on them from self-awareness, empathy, but also by setting boundaries and affirming my self-worth as a person. I wholeheartedly recommend her services because you will truly see results.

Asturias draws people who want room to think. The clients I work with here have usually built something solid — a career, a business, a reputation — and are now asking a harder question: what do I actually want next?
Many of the clients I work with in Asturias are:

Life Coaching FAQs
What Are 5 Roles of a Life Coach?
Clarifying what you actually want. Most people have a vague sense of direction. I help you get specific — not “I want to be happier” but what that actually means for your work, your schedule, and your daily decisions.
Spotting what’s in the way. That might be a belief you’ve held for decades, a behavioral pattern you keep repeating, or simply a lack of structure. Most personal development plans don’t fail because of ambition — they fail because the obstacles aren’t named clearly.
Building a real action plan. Not a vision board. A concrete sequence of decisions and steps with timelines.
Holding you accountable. Between sessions, you do the work. I track what you committed to, and we review it honestly.
Adapting as things shift. Goals change. Circumstances change. A good coach adjusts with you rather than forcing you back to a plan that no longer fits.
What to Expect When Seeing a Life Coach?
The first session is mostly orientation — your goals, your current situation, what you’ve tried before and why it hasn’t fully worked. I ask a lot of questions. You talk more than I do.
From there, you’ll usually have a few things to work on before the next session. Not homework for the sake of it — specific steps that move you toward clarity on a real decision.
Over time, sessions shift. Early ones are mostly diagnostic. Later ones are about momentum and adjusting the plan as you learn more about what you actually want.
Most clients notice a meaningful difference within the first 4-6 sessions — though that varies depending on how complex the situation is and how much effort goes in between sessions. There’s also solid research on how coaching affects performance and well-being if you want to understand what the evidence actually says.
What you won’t get: generic advice you could find in a book, sessions that feel like expensive journaling, or a coach who’s more invested in the journey than the result.
Can a Life Coach Help with Relationships?
Yes — though the work usually starts with you, not the other person.
Most relationship struggles clients bring to coaching aren’t really about the other person’s behavior. They’re about communication habits, unset boundaries, and patterns that often predate the relationship entirely.
I work on identifying the communication patterns that keep producing the same outcomes, understanding what you need versus what you’re asking for, and setting limits that don’t require the other person to change first.
That said, I don’t do couples coaching. I work one-on-one, and the focus stays on the client’s own clarity and behavior.
If you’re working through a difficult period — a career shift, a relocation, or burnout — it often affects relationships too. That’s worth addressing directly, not as an afterthought.
What Is the Process of a Life Coach?
It’s structured, but not rigid. Here’s the general shape:
Intake. We get clear on what you want to change, what you’ve tried, and what success actually looks like — not what sounds good, but what you’d genuinely feel proud of.
Situation assessment. I help you look honestly at where you are: strengths, blind spots, patterns, and gaps. This is where a lot of the real work happens.
Action planning. We build a specific plan — not a list of good intentions, but a concrete map of decisions and steps in sequence. If you’re dealing with something like procrastination or a habit that’s been hard to shift, this is where we design the intervention.
Sessions and execution. Regular check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot, and adjust. The work happens between sessions. We talk about it together.
Review and recalibration. Periodically we step back and look at the full picture. Have you moved? In the right direction? What’s changed?
Exit. When you’ve achieved what you came for — or built enough momentum to continue independently — we wrap up.
If you’re ready to get started, reach out and we’ll go from there.
