Intro
Two Skill Sets, One Solution
Most coaches give you clarity and motivation. Most project managers give you systems and tools. I do both, because you need both.
- I don't just tell you to set limits. I help you reframe the guilt, write the email scripts, and role-play the conversation.
- I don't just tell you to delegate more. I help you release perfectionism, build the SOPs, and keep you accountable.

Testimonials
Oscar
I came into contact with Chiara about a year ago when I was having a lost period in my life, I had a lot of confused thoughts bouncing around in my head and couldn't get myself out of this. We started by having 2 conversations every week where slowly but surely we moved forward and gradually I saw a light in all the darkness and started to feel better. Chiara is an exceptionally good listener who truly understands human psychology on a deeper level. She doesn't judge anyone for anything and when she talks it's like an angel sent from heaven with a message. I recommend anyone who is stuck in life in different ways to try a few conversations with Chiara to see if she can open up new thought patterns and come up with messages that help. For me, she will always have a special place in my heart.

Chiara is kind and understanding, and very good at listening, yet at the same time has great opinions that she knows how to express and are very insightful. She understands that problems can be complex and not black or white, and helps you navigate difficult situations and find solutions to problems. She has helped me recognise important truths that I wasn’t aware of, and I am so greatful for that! Whatever your problems are, or goals that you want to achieve, Chiara is a great partner by your side!

Paloma has helped me in different moments and aspects of my life. I feel that with her, I can talk about anything without feeling judged, and she helps me delve deeper and understand many of the concerns I have. She helps me move from a cloud of thoughts to something more concrete, so I can truly find possible solutions and take actions to improve my life. Regarding my relationship, she also helped me identify the origin of many fears, needs, disagreements... to reflect on them from self-awareness, empathy, but also by setting boundaries and affirming my self-worth as a person. I wholeheartedly recommend her services because you will truly see results.

Life Coaching FAQs
How Long Does Life Coaching Take?
It depends on what you’re working on. Most clients work with me for 3-6 months. Some challenges — a specific career decision, a transition — resolve faster. Others, like rebuilding habits or shifting how you respond under pressure, take longer.
Sessions are usually weekly or bi-weekly, 45-60 minutes each. I also offer text-based coaching for clients who prefer ongoing, flexible contact between or instead of calls.
The right length is whatever it takes to get you where you’re going — not longer.
How Quickly Can I Expect Results From Life Coaching?
Some clients notice a shift within the first few sessions. That usually happens when they finally get clarity on a decision they’ve been circling for months.
Deeper changes — behavioral patterns, how you respond under pressure, building resilience through difficulty — take more time. That’s not a flaw in the process; it’s how lasting change works.
What accelerates progress most is the work done between sessions. Coaching conversations create direction. The results come from what you do with that before the next one.
What Should I Look for in a Life Coach?
Start with specialization. A coach who works with everyone works deeply with no one. Look for someone whose experience maps to where you actually are — whether that’s entrepreneurship, leadership transitions, or burnout recovery.
Beyond that:
- Do they ask more questions than they give advice? Good coaching is mostly questions.
- Are they direct? A coach who only validates isn’t useful.
- Do they have a clear methodology, or is everything “it depends”?
- Do they hold you to commitments between sessions?
Credentials matter less than track record. Ask who they’ve worked with and what changed.
What Can I Expect From a Single Session?
I’ll start by getting clear on what you want to focus on — not just for this session, but in the broader picture. From there we look honestly at where you actually are versus where you want to be, and what’s in the way.
By the end of a session, you’ll usually have:
- A clearer read on one specific challenge or decision
- Identified at least one assumption that doesn’t hold up under scrutiny
- A concrete next step with a real deadline
- A sense of what to watch for before we meet again
Single sessions are useful but limited. Real movement comes from sequential work where each session builds on the last.
How Does Life Coaching Differ From Therapy?
Therapy is retrospective — it works to understand and process the past. Life coaching is forward-looking. We start from where you are and work toward where you want to be.
I don’t work with trauma, clinical anxiety, or depression. If those are present, therapy is the right starting point. What I do work with: clarity on goals, patterns that limit performance, fear of failure, career direction, and the internal friction that slows high-achievers down.
The two aren’t mutually exclusive — many people see a therapist and work with a coach at the same time.
How Can Life Coaching Help Me Achieve My Goals?
Most people know roughly what they want. The problem is execution — staying focused, following through consistently, and not losing momentum when things get hard.
Coaching works on four levels:
Clarity. Getting specific about what you actually want, not what sounds reasonable. Vague goals don’t get done.
Structure. Breaking the goal into a real sequence of steps, with timelines that aren’t wishful thinking.
Accountability. Regular check-ins where you report back on what you committed to. Research published in Harvard Business Review shows that executive coaching consistently improves both performance and goal attainment — accountability is as important as insight.
Perspective. A coach sees your situation from outside. That matters most when you’re too close to it to think clearly.
If you’re ready to get started, reach out and we’ll go from there.
