The Coaching Program

  • Clarity Coaching

    Psychology

Uncover what's really keeping you stuck—guilt, perfectionism, identity tied to constant work. We fix the root cause first.

  • Systems

    Custom Build

Calendar architecture, Notion workspace, boundary scripts, delegation SOPs. Built for your specific role and life.

  • Accountability

    It Sticks

Tools without psychology don't last. Coaching without systems stays abstract. You get both—plus accountability.

Intro

Two Skill Sets, One Solution

Most coaches give you clarity and motivation. Most project managers give you systems and tools. I do both, because you need both.

  • I don't just tell you to set limits. I help you reframe the guilt, write the email scripts, and role-play the conversation.
  • I don't just tell you to delegate more. I help you release perfectionism, build the SOPs, and keep you accountable.

Testimonials

Oscar

I came into contact with Chiara about a year ago when I was having a lost period in my life, I had a lot of confused thoughts bouncing around in my head and couldn't get myself out of this. We started by having 2 conversations every week where slowly but surely we moved forward and gradually I saw a light in all the darkness and started to feel better. Chiara is an exceptionally good listener who truly understands human psychology on a deeper level. She doesn't judge anyone for anything and when she talks it's like an angel sent from heaven with a message. I recommend anyone who is stuck in life in different ways to try a few conversations with Chiara to see if she can open up new thought patterns and come up with messages that help. For me, she will always have a special place in my heart.

Jonas

Chiara is kind and understanding, and very good at listening, yet at the same time has great opinions that she knows how to express and are very insightful. She understands that problems can be complex and not black or white, and helps you navigate difficult situations and find solutions to problems. She has helped me recognise important truths that I wasn’t aware of, and I am so greatful for that! Whatever your problems are, or goals that you want to achieve, Chiara is a great partner by your side!

Gemma

Paloma has helped me in different moments and aspects of my life. I feel that with her, I can talk about anything without feeling judged, and she helps me delve deeper and understand many of the concerns I have. She helps me move from a cloud of thoughts to something more concrete, so I can truly find possible solutions and take actions to improve my life. Regarding my relationship, she also helped me identify the origin of many fears, needs, disagreements... to reflect on them from self-awareness, empathy, but also by setting boundaries and affirming my self-worth as a person. I wholeheartedly recommend her services because you will truly see results.

Life Coaching for Ambitious Professionals in Valencia

Valencia attracts ambitious professionals who value both growth and quality of life. With its expanding international community, strong entrepreneurial scene, and increasing number of remote professionals, the city offers opportunity — but also unique challenges.

Many of the clients I work with in Valencia are driven, capable individuals who’ve already achieved a level of success. From entrepreneurs building businesses to professionals navigating leadership roles to people who’ve relocated for a lifestyle upgrade — they often reach a point where external success no longer brings the clarity or fulfillment they expected.

Valencia’s balance between ambition and lifestyle can create internal tension. You may feel:

  • Torn between professional growth and personal freedom
  • Uncertain about your next strategic career move
  • Successful on paper, yet unclear internally
  • Motivated — but increasingly overwhelmed

This is where coaching becomes useful.

My work focuses on helping high-achieving professionals create clarity and sustainable success. We refine direction and strengthen the internal foundations that make progress last.

If you hold yourself to high standards and want intentional progress, you’re likely in the right place.

Life Coaching FAQs

What Are the Steps of Life Coaching?

The process is structured, but it adapts to where you are. Here’s how it typically unfolds:

Initial consultation. We discuss your goals, current situation, and what’s brought you to coaching. Both of us are assessing fit — there’s no obligation to proceed.

Goal setting. We define what success looks like in concrete terms. Not “I want to be more confident” but what that actually means for your work, your decisions, and your daily life.

Situation assessment. I help you look honestly at where you are now — strengths, blind spots, and the patterns that keep producing the same outcomes. A lot of the real work happens here.

Action planning. We build a specific roadmap with real steps and timelines. If you’ve been working on a personal development plan that keeps stalling, this is usually where the issue gets resolved.

Regular sessions. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot, and adjust. The work happens between sessions. We talk about it together.

Reflection and adjustment. Periodically we step back and look at the full picture. Have you moved? In the right direction? What needs to change?

Exit. When you’ve achieved what you came for — or built enough momentum to continue independently — we wrap up.

What Is a Life Coach Good For?

A few areas where coaching tends to make a clear difference:

Career transitions. If you’re changing industries, going for a promotion, or trying to get clear on what your career goals should actually look like, coaching provides structure the process rarely has on its own.

Breaking patterns. Knowing what to change and actually changing it are different problems. Coaching works on the second one.

Decision-making under pressure. High-stakes decisions are harder when you’re inside them. An outside perspective that asks the right questions is often more useful than more information.

Accountability. If you work for yourself or lead a team, there’s often no one holding you to your own commitments. That gap is expensive. Research on executive coaching shows accountability is consistently the highest-value component of the work — more than any specific technique.

Preventing burnout. High achievers rarely see it coming. Coaching builds the habits and self-awareness that make it less likely — and catches the early signs when they appear.

How Often Do You Need to See a Life Coach?

It depends on what you’re working on and how quickly you want to move.

Weekly sessions work best when you’re navigating something active — a transition, a difficult decision, or early habit formation. The frequency builds momentum and keeps things from slipping between sessions.

Bi-weekly sessions suit clients who have a clear direction and mostly need structure and accountability. There’s enough time between sessions to do the work and have something real to report back on.

Monthly sessions work once the primary goal is achieved and you want to maintain progress or work on longer-horizon objectives.

Most clients start weekly and shift to bi-weekly once things are running smoothly.

If you’re ready to get started, reach out and we’ll figure out what makes sense for your situation.
