However, all decisions made by the client based on this advice are the sole responsibility of the client. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

Paloma Chiara is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by the client as a result of coaching services. The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any results or consequences from following or disregarding the coach’s advice. No Guarantees

Coaching is a collaborative process, and the coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Success depends on the client’s commitment, effort, and application of the coaching discussions. The client understands that the coach cannot guarantee any particular result.

Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paloma Chiara from any legal claims, disputes, or demands that may arise in connection with their use of the coaching services, including claims of negligence or misconduct.

Confidentiality

All information shared between the client and coach will remain confidential unless required by law to disclose. However, confidentiality does not extend to situations where the coach believes the client or others are in danger of harm.

Fees and Payment

The client agrees to pay all fees as outlined prior to booking the coaching session. Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or rescheduling. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise agreed.

Termination of Services

The coach reserves the right to terminate services if the coach believes the coaching relationship is no longer productive or beneficial. The client also has the right to terminate services at any time. Refunds for prepaid services will be made on a pro-rata basis.

Amendments

Paloma Chiara reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services will signify acceptance of any updated terms.
