No Guarantees

Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paloma Chiara from any legal claims, disputes, or demands that may arise in connection with their use of the coaching services, including claims of negligence or misconduct.

Confidentiality

Fees and Payment

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or rescheduling. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise agreed.

Termination of Services

The coach reserves the right to terminate services if the coach believes the coaching relationship is no longer productive or beneficial. The client also has the right to terminate services at any time. Refunds for prepaid services will be made on a pro-rata basis.

Paloma Chiara reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services will signify acceptance of any updated terms.
